Important information
Certification courses require 3 days of focus, physical/online or a mixture. In addition it should be counte for that there will be self studies + time for own testing and feedback session before the actual course date.

Match personality traits and current talents. Learn how to use TalentIndikator to recruit for different job roles.
Talentpool and Talentspotting
WORKSHOP
Identify potential in the company and learn how you work systematically and determined with putting talents into play in the whole company.
Masterclasses
Our masterclasses are targeted towards you who has interests in development of talents in, or around companies. It is not required that you are certified in TalentIndikator, men in many courses it is definitely an advantage to have insight into how you work with talents and use the profiling tool.
