Creativity has become a key element for most companies\' success in a world that is constantly evolving faster and placing greater demands on e.g. facilitating creativity and innovation.A very popular expression has been to \"think out of the box\", we propose to think “at the edge of the box” instead - between existing and new ideas - to put ideas together in new combinations to solve and understand impending problems. Amabile, How to Kill Creativity: Harvard Business Review, September: October 1998,77: 87, states that creative thinking, expertise and motivation must be present to create creativity. The production of ideas has to be task controlled so that it makes sense within the specific context. Creativity management is based on set clear goals, creating autonomy, allocating appropriate resources and creating commitment. We think of innovation and creativity through single talents and dimensions around a narrative such as new, hidden and documented knowledge, or the ICI framework: ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
