Innovation

Creativity has become a key element for most companies\' success in a world that is constantly evolving faster and placing greater demands on e.g. facilitating creativity and innovation.A very popular expression has been to \"think out of the box\", we propose to think “at the edge of the box” instead - between existing and new ideas - to put ideas together in new combinations to solve and understand impending problems. Amabile, How to Kill Creativity: Harvard Business Review, September: October 1998,77: 87, states that creative thinking, expertise and motivation must be present to create creativity. The production of ideas has to be task controlled so that it makes sense within the specific context. Creativity management is based on set clear goals, creating autonomy, allocating appropriate resources and creating commitment. We think of innovation and creativity through single talents and dimensions around a narrative such as new, hidden and documented knowledge, or the ICI framework: ingenuity, creativity and innovation. How do your talents ICI think?

Resiliency

Robustness, resilience and viability are all phenomena that can be used to master adversity. Mental resilience is a psychological skill that helps the individual cope with stress, challenges, or difficult events. When we manage to actively deal with the \"new\" with moderate amounts of frustration, this mastery of the situation will lead to better mental resilience. The individual robustness factors are, according to a model developed by Eva Hertz, 2011, these 5 factors: Thinking and problem solving: think flexibility and use scenario the 7 thought traps Positive emotions: what went well today? We are negative biased, you need 3 positive things to offset a negative. Relationships: What 2 - 3 close relationships would you like to spend your energy on? Self-regulation: Can you relax? Can you think of emptiness? Can you re-charge yourself? Strengths: Do you do what you do best? Do you know your own strengths? Can you spot the talents of others? Do you know your own talents? Are you constantly exercising your resilience by challenging your brain? We can put your talents and strengths into play to increase your ability to live

Management

Leadership is not just about getting people to do things, but about getting them to want to do it themselves. Management must be perceived as distributed, ie. not just a task for the manager but something that is performed in a network of relationships, tasks and processes. Management is situational and a practice that consists of both knowledge and craft, where task and social relationships are linked to the context in which management is performed. Leadership is a reflexive practice where the leader actively builds a structured knowledge of the organization and the people to be led. Leadership is about empowerment - creating fruitful processes that strengthen the leader and employees\' ability to handle challenges constructively. Leadership requires talent - it takes talent to lead - it takes leadership to develop - it takes talent to develop talent. How do your talents help you show and create leadership?

Well-being

Well-being arises when you find that your own competence is sufficient if you just make a little effort. Well-being is achieved when what you do has a certain social connection – “I am not lonely and what I do makes a difference to others” -when you have an experience of voluntary and self-regulated approach to learning and creativity. Even being disciplined must be meaningful. (Deci & Ryan 2017; Knot, 2016). Neurology has found that we weigh negative experiences heavier than positive ones, they take up more space and seem to be more frequent - what can be done about that? Knopp, 2014 has these recommendations: prioritize genuine areas of interest; avoid overreacting to negative emotions; gather up good experiences that open up, and forget about negative experiences that narrows your perspective; notice the good things in everyday life; social spin focuses on problems, talk about the positive, think about the things that work long-term and avoid the immediate problem. Free play is the most important activity when it comes to developing and maintaining personal skills. Well-being is a quality of life that promotes performance and prevents stress, well-being gives the desire to create more and learn more. Do you remember what you played with yesterday? Play promotes well-being, so how do you play with your talents?
